Saudi Arabia declared it illegal to perform Hajj without a permit and announced a fine of 50,000 riyals.
Every pilgrim entering the holy places will be required to have a government permit, those who violate the code of conduct will be punished, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah says that immigrants will be jailed for 6 months for not showing a permit.
Entry into the country will be banned for 10 years.
