Deployment of 60 foreign pilots in Pakistani airlines

Allegations of tax evasion in Pakistan Airlines have been revealed for the posting of 60 foreign pilots against the rules and salaries. This series is also being termed as a violation of the rights of 760 unemployed Pakistani pilots and injustice.
In this regard, the letter of General Secretary of Aircraft Owners and Operators Association Muhammad Nawaz Asim to Chairman FBR and Director General FIA has come out. According to this post, the association has reservations about the employment of 60 foreign airline pilots in various airlines of Pakistan who are working on the payroll of the airlines, most of them do not have valid work visas of Pakistan and they are Payments are being made in dollars without deducting tax.
According to the post, such foreign pilots usually arrive in Pakistan on general declaration under ICAO rules, which allow visa-free entry for foreign carriers and their pilots, but not for those who are employed.
Which is a violation of international law. According to the post, PCAA has issued endorsements to their foreign pilot licenses to operate in Pakistani airlines, but they are not exempted from work permits and applicable taxes in Pakistan.
