The Peshawar High Court, while pronouncing the verdict in the case related to PTI intra-party election and electoral symbol, invalidated the decision of the Election Commission on December 22 and restored the election symbol of Tehreek-e-Insaf. While issuing the order to allot the symbol and issue the certificate of the intra-party election on the website of the Election Commission, it was declared that PTI is entitled to the symbol of the bat. The Election Commission should issue the certificate of the election symbol.
