Continuing his speech, the lawyer said that only the PTA can give a better answer in this regard. Justice Babar Sattar said that what is your role to trace a mobile phone? The lawyer of the telecom operators said that there is a provision of legal interception in the license policy of PTA, telecom operators are bound by the license policy of PTA. .
The court remarked that how the PTA can add provisions of legal interception without the permission of the federal government. On the question of the court, PTA’s lawyer Irfan Qadir said that the federal government calls on the fear of national security or any crime.
